Ensure the front glass is clean and clear.
Ensure the waiting area & the couch is dusted and cleaned.
Keep the reception desk tidy, ensure the leaflets, loyalty cards, appointment cards, and gift cards are restocked.
Check the appointments and waiting lists up to 3 days in advance. Address any client notes, If they mentioned any design/french style add an extra 15 mins to the allocated time.
Send reminders to clients for their upcoming appointments through phone and confirm their availablity.
