We have recently updated our loyalty scheme and discount policy. Please take a moment to review the key changes below:
- 5% Discount Rule:
- When a client books multiple treatments, the 5% discount applies only to the cheapest eligible treatment (Brows, Nails, or Lashes).
- The discount can be applied to any service within the respective category (e.g., Brow Lamination under Brows, Individual Lashes under Lashes).
- Loyalty Card Exclusions:
- Do not issue a loyalty stamp if the client has already received any other discount or package deal this includes the savings with Eyebrow & Eyelash Tint.
- General Reminder:
- Always follow the stamping instructions as shown on the loyalty cards.
- Stamp the loyalty card in sequence
- If clients ask about terms, politely explain that all loyalty benefits are subject to change at any time.
