Clean and Shape the Nails

Sanitise feet and tools. Remove old polish, cut, shape nails, and apply cuticle remover.

Soak Off

Clean the Cuticles

Exfoliate & Massage

Exfoliate feet with scrub, focusing on heels and dry areas. Rinse, dry, and massage each foot for 4-5 mins.

Apply the Pack

Apply foot pack (if no polish is required) and leave for 5-7 mins. Rinse and dry.

Clean & Apply Polish

Clean nails, tidy shape and cuticles, and apply cuticle oil. Proceed with normal or gel polish if requested, ensuring no oil remains on nails.

Fire Alarm rings
STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.
Client is unhappy with the treatment
Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.
