Clean the Nails

Remove normal polish, sterilise tools, trim and file nails, and apply cuticle remover

Soak Off

Soak hands in warm, soapy water for 5-7 mins to soften cuticles and relax muscles

Exfoliate & Remove Cuticles

Exfoliate hands with scrub for 5 mins. Push back and trim cuticles for a neat appearance.

Massage & Apply Pack

Massage hands and forearms with oil/cream. Apply a hand pack, cover with disposal bags, and use heat packs for 5-7 mins.

Remove the Pack & Shape

Remove pack, clean hands, and dry. Shape nails as desired and finish with cuticle oil. Proceed with normal or gel polish if needed.

Fire Alarm rings
STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.
Client is unhappy with the treatment
Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.
