Treatment Procedure

Step #1: Nail Preparation

  1. Sanitise your hands and sanitise the client’s hands or toe nails using the sanitiser spray.
  2. Ensure the tools are sterlised.
  3. Use the nail drill to remove the dead skin from nail plates.

Step #2: Cuticle Cleaning

  1. Apply cuticle remover on the cuticle and leave it for 2 – 5 mins to soften the cuticles.
  2. Damp the cotton pad with the blue cleaner and use it to wipe off the cuticle remover.
  3. Trim the cuticle using the scissor or cutter (if required).

Step #3: Shaping

  1. Shape the nails with the nail file 100/180 grit according to the client’s preference.
  2. Make sure all the nails are even and shaped as desired.
  3. Clean the nails with the nail cleaner.

Step #4: How to Apply Polish

  1. Place the brush in the middle of the nail approximately 2mm from the cuticle.
  2. Push the brush downtowards the cuticle to get the polish as close as possible, without touching the skin.
  3. Then glide the brush up towards the tip of the nail in a smooth even line.
  4. Place the brush in the same starting position but this time curve it to match the shape of the cuticle as you stroke upwards the tip of the nail.
  5. Repeat this action on the other side of the nail for the full coverage.

Step #4: Do Polish

  1. Apply a thin coat of normal polish and seal the free edge
(Note: Base coat not required for the normal polish).
  2. Apply second coat, seal the free edge and let it dry for 5 minutes.
  3. Make sure the polish is completely dried, if not leave it for another 2 mins.
  4. Complete the process with a regular top coat and allow it to dry for 5 minutes or use the quick dry drop to dry it quicker.
  5. Apply a small amount of cuticle essence/oil to the cuticle area to moisturise them.
