Preparation

Gel Extension Removal

Remove excess length and hard gel using a file or drill, leaving the base coat intact.
Soak nails with acetone-covered cotton pads for 5-10 mins. Remove gel gently, supporting the natural nail to avoid damage.

Buff and File

Fire Alarm rings
STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.
Client is unhappy with the treatment
Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.
There’s a bleeding
Use the disposable blood styptic stick to stop the bleeding.
