Treatment Procedure

Clean & Prepare the Nails 

  • Sanitise client’s nails and sterilise tools.  
  • Use a nail drill to remove dead skin from the nail plate. 

Clean the Cuticles  

  • Apply cuticle remover, wait 2-5 mins, then clean with a damp cotton pad.  
  • Trim cuticles if needed and remove dead skin using a cuticle pusher or orange stick. 

Shape the Nails  

  • Shape nails with a 100/120 grit file as per client preference.  
  • Remove dust and ensure nails are even. Finish with cuticle oil.  
  • Proceed with normal or gel polish if requested. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.

  • There’s a bleeding

    Use the stick
