Treatment Procedure

Clean and File the Nail

  • Sanitise nails, file into shape, and remove old polish. Trim nails to desired length, avoiding cutting too short. Remove dead skin, lift and trim cuticles, and shape nails as per client’s preference. 

Buff the Nails  

  • Buff nails, remove dust, and clean with lint-free wipes

Apply Base Coat  

  • Use nail separation clips, apply base coat, seal edges, and cure for 90 secs. 

Apply the Polish & Top Coat  

  • Apply 2 coats of gel polish (or 3 if needed), seal edges, and cure for 90 secs each. Apply top coat and cure for 90 secs. 

Final Step  

  • Ensure polish is fully cured, remove nail separation, and apply cuticle oil. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.

  • There’s a bleeding

    Use the stick
