Step #1: Colour Removal

1. Sanitise your hands and request the clients to sanitise their hands.
2. Ensure the tools are sterlised.
3. Using the E-file or a 180/100 nail file, remove the gel polish colour.
   (Note: f there’s an air bubble or the gel colour is lifting from the nail, file it down or soak it off with acetone and remove it completely).
4. Remove any dust using dusting brush and wipe with cleaner.

Step #2: Nail Prep

1. Use the cuticle pusher to push back the cuticles.
2. Use E-File for the next step, check the E-File Application guide.
3. Trim the extra cuticles with the nippers.
4. Make sure that the lifting hard gel has been removed using a E-File or a 100/180 grit File.
5. With the 100/180 grit file, gently smooth over the surface of the remaining hard gel and reduce the length of the nail if necessary.
6. Dehydrate and cleanse the regrowth area of the natural nail with pure acetone.
7. (Note: No need to use any cleaner.)

Step #3: Application of First Layer

1. Apply a thin layer of rubber base on the nails and cure it for 90 secs using the LED lamp.
2. Apply a medium bead of hard gel, drag it away from the cuticle area and spread it from side to side.
3. Avoid thick build up around the free edge of the cuticle area.
4. Use a liner brush to perfect the cuticle and side walls.
5. After building and curing one nail, turn the hand over to create the apex.
6. Seal the free edge.
7. Build and cure one nail at the time.
8. Cure the nails using the LED lamp for to 90 seconds.
   (Note: If the client experience any ‘heat-spike’, politely ask them to take their hands off from the lamp for a second and then put them back).

Step #4: Buff and File

1. Dip the lint free wipes in the cleaner and wipe the nails.
2. Remove the tacky layer with acetone or cleaner.
3. Refine the nail using the 100/180 grit file.
   (Note: Concentrate on reducing the product around the cuticle area and the free edge to create a smooth surface.)
4. Gently buff the nails using the Nail Buffer.

Step #5: Top Coat

1. Apply the Extreme Shine Top Coat or Matte Top Coat based on the client’s preference, and seal the free edge.
2. Cure it using the LED lamp for 90 seconds.
3. (Note: No need to wipe or cleanse after curing since, all top coats are non-wipe)
4. If the extensions are intended to be finished with the gel polish colour, proceed with the ‘Gel Colour Application’ procedure.
