Good to Know

Before the Treatment

  1. Ensure the tools are sterlised.
  2. Discuss with the client regarding their natural eyebrows including the thickness, shape, length.
  3. Inform the clients in advance if there are any gaps or cuts in the eyebrows (show them the mirror).
  4. If the client request for any specific shapes (like: arch, round, straight, very thin) advise them or guide them to decide based on their own brows.
  5. If they happy with the consultation, start the treatment.

Treatment Procedure

1. Clean eyebrows with makeup remover if needed.   

2. Brush brows with a spoolie to assess natural shape.   

4. Thread against hair growth, asking the client to stretch skin tightly when necessary.   

5. Trim excessively long hairs with scissors after consulting the client.   

6. Avoid tweezers, for tiny hairs, use thread. 

7. Tidy brows, show results, and adjust shape/length if requested.   

8. Finish with aloe vera gel or a damp cotton pad based on client preference. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.

  • Cut/Bleeding

    There is any cut occurs during the treatment and subsequently results in blood use the bloodstone matches to stop the bleeding. Or if there is many cuts (more than 5), inform to your manager/supervisors and discuss with them for further process.

  • Fragile Skin

    The client is struggling to hold their skin (especially old/vulnerable people), kindly ask any of your colleagues to assist them if they are available.
