Good to Know

Before the Treatment

  1. Discuss with the client about their natural brow thickness, shape and length.
  2. Do not change the wax heater temperature (must stay in number-2).
  3. If they prefer any specific shapes (arch, round, straight, very thin) consult or guide them to decide.
  4. Tell them beforehand about the gaps and their shapes and lengths.
  5. If they happy with consultation, start the treatment.

Treatment Procedure

Clean & Prep

  • Use pre-wax cleaner and makeup remover to clean brows.  
  • Apply powder (1-2 layers) to protect skin. 

Apply Wax

  • Apply thin wax with lip applicator in the direction of hair growth. Avoid reapplying on the same area. 

Remove Hair

  • Place strips firmly, stretch skin, and pull strips in the opposite direction of hair growth. Repeat for both brows. 

Post-Wax Care

  • Apply after-wax oil to remove excess wax. Clean with a damp cotton pad.  
  • Tidy brows with tweezers or thread.  
  • Apply rose water or aloe vera if needed. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain client about the process and Remember to complete with the After pictures

  • Result shape not satisfied

    The client is not satisfied with the results, adjust the shapes/lengths based on their requirements.

  • Skin burnt

    The client’s skin is burnt, apply the aloevera gel on the skin and advise them to use ice bag and stay away from the chemical or acid products.

  • Cuts / Bleeding

    For any cut, use a bloodstone match to stop bleeding. If there are more than five cuts, inform a manager/supervisor for further guidance.
