Good to Know

Treatment Procedure

Preparation

  • Remove BIAB polish using E-File or 180 grit nail file. 

Soak Off 

  • Soak cotton pads in acetone, place on nails, and cover with clips. Soak for 10-15 minutes. 
    (Note: Times may vary depending on the products used 

Removal 

  • Remove clips and gently scrape off BIAB with a cuticle pusher. Soak longer if necessary. 

Buff and Shape

  • Buff remaining BIAB with 100/180 grit buffer 
  • Focus around cuticles 
  • If it is hard to remove then leave it to soak for more time 

Cleaning 

  • Clean nails with nail cleaner and moisturize cuticles with essence/oil. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.

  • There’s a bleeding

    Use the disposable blood styptic stick to stop the bleeding.
