Keep the reception desk tidy and ensure the leaflets, loyalty cards, appointment cards, and gift cards are restocked.
Check the appointments and waiting lists up to 3 days in advance. Address any client notes, If they mentioned any design/french style add an extra 15 mins to the allocated time.
Send reminders to clients for their upcoming appointments through phone and confirm their availablity.
Ensure the waiting area & the couch is dusted and cleaned.
Ensure that the bed and cushion are clean and rearrange all the eyelash tools in the trolley.
Ensure the pedicure seat is dusted and the sink is wiped & cleaned.
