Discount Card Management Procedures

As we enter in to the discount period, it is better to familiarise yourself with the procedures of the discount card scheme. If you are unsure then please seek assistance from your colleage. Discounts from tills are recorded and monitored constantly, kindly refraing from giving any unauthorised discounts and follow the terms set out for the scheme.

  • Do not give loyalty stamps when a client uses Discount Card
  • Do not give discounts if a client doesn’t have the Discount Card
  • Do not give discounts on any reduced price services like, Packages, Eyebrow Tinting + Eyelash Tinting
  • Take back Discount card and give them new one
  • No discounts for nail repairs, nail add-ons and removals
  • Select the correct reason for the discount as shown below
  • Check the correct Discount Card is shown (Check the year and design of the card)
  • Read the terms on the discount card
Select “2026 Discount Card” on the Discount Screen

Please do not offer any unauthorised discounts. Our discount procedures are in place to encourage client returns, and many of our treatments have very small profit margins.
