Before the Treatment

  1. Ensure the tools are sterlised.
  2. Explain the clients about the treatment in detail.
  3. Consult with the client about our available colours and ask their preference of what colour, shape, length.
  4. Also, discuss with them about the thickness and texture of their original eye brows.

Treatment Procedure

Cleansing 

  • Remove makeup and oils with a gentle cleanser.

Mapping 

  • Map brows using stencils and a white pencil. 
  • Adjust shape based on client preference before proceeding. 

Mix Henna Dye 

  • Mix henna dye with a mineral solution until smooth. 
  • Blend colors to achieve the desired shade. 

Apply Henna 

  • Apply henna following the mapped shape. 
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes; reapply if a darker shade is needed. 

Check & Remove Henna

  • Remove with a damp cotton pad and check color. 
  • If needed, reapply and leave for another 10-15 minutes. 
  • Clean any excess dye with makeup remover. 

Final Touch-Up 

  • Shape brows with threading or waxing. 
  • Apply castor oil for moisture. 
  • Finish with a light makeup touch-up. 

What if?

  • Fire Alarm rings

    STOP the service immediately and guide the client to the fire exit. Continue when it is safe to return, if in case you are unable to complete the treatmet, let the supervisor know and record the notes under clients profile in the booking system.

  • Client is unhappy with the treatment

    Review if you have missed anything. Explain to the client about the process and Remember to complete the after pictures.
