You should not make your time-off plans before you hear from us with the outcome of your request. If you didn't hear from us in 4 working days then you can contact the management directly requesting the outcome.
The notice period for your time-off is twice the amount of days your time-off is requested for. For example a time-off request of 2 weeks will require a prior 4 weeks notice.
