Clean the shield behind the tills and keep the reception desk tidy, ensure the leaflets, loyalty cards, appointment cards, and gift cards are restocked.
Ensure the waiting area & the couch is dusted and cleaned.
Check the appointments and waiting lists up to 3 days in advance. Address any client notes, If they mentioned any design/french style add an extra 15 mins to the allocated time.
Send reminders to clients for their upcoming appointments through phone and confirm their availablity.
